REGULATIONS
on the conduct of the competition for the award of the nominal scholarship "SBB SCHOLARSHIP" in the academic year 2019 - 2020
1. Preamble:
The contest is carried out by the Hasmațuchi Association from Câmpulung Moldovenesc, hereinafter referred to as CFF, a program materialized in a sponsorship that aims to support the granting of scholarships from private funds. The object of the competition organized by CFF is the selection and designation of a winner of a scholarship financed by sponsorship.
2. Scholarship fund:
The size of the CFF scholarship fund for the academic year 2019 - 2020 from the sponsorship granted by GB Consulting | Design is 1500 euros. A scholarship worth 150 euros per month will be awarded for 10 months (September 2019 - June 2020).
3. Participation and registration in the contest:
Students coming from pre-university educational institutions in the city of Câmpulung Moldovenesc, who graduated the 12th grade and were enrolled in a faculty, following a specialization with artistic profile in the field, have the right to participate in the competition for receiving the nominal scholarship. the following fields: environmental arts and design, plastic and decorative arts, music, choreography, acting, cinematography, theater and which have not benefited from the “CFF SCHOLARSHIP”; with the mention included in Article 6.3 of this Regulation. Only students enrolled in a faculty in the aforementioned fields, former students of pre-university institutions in Câmpulung Moldovenesc, can participate in the contest. At the same time, the student must prove his enrollment at the faculty and that of graduating from a high school in Câmpulung Moldovenesc. The competition dossier will also contain a CV and a letter of intent.

3.1 Eligible participants are students who meet the criteria specified above and who will submit no later than August 1, 2019 the following documents:

Letter of intent for the participant to support and argue his case;

Curriculum vitae;

3. Proof of enrollment in a college in the fields referred to in Article 3.
3.2 The documents, in word format and / or scanned, must be sent using the registration form found on the Blog of the Câmpulung Film Fest website (www.campulungfilmfest.com/blog) until August 1, 2019, inclusive. The files will be submitted to the Competition Commission on August 2, 2019.
4. Competition Commission:
The competition commission will be appointed consisting of Mrs. Lidia Bodea, director of the Humanitas publishing house; prof. Lidia Mîrzac from the Bucovina Forestry College and Bogdan Stamatin, director of Câmpulung Film Fest. CFF will also appoint a member with observer status, who will not have the right to vote in the evaluation of files. In order to resolve any appeals by the same decision, a Commission for the analysis of appeals consisting of three persons, other than those from the Competition Commission, will be nominated.
5. Conduct of the competition:
5.1 The submission of competition dossiers shall take place in accordance with the approved timetable, in accordance with the provisions set out in point 3.1 of this Regulation. At the end of the entries, the files are submitted to the Competition Commission.
5.2 The competition commission classifies the students according to the files received.
5.3 The final ranking is made public by displaying the electronic lists at https://campulungfilmfest.com on August 10, 2019.
5.4 The results of the competition can be contested within 2 days of posting at home@campulungfilmfest.com
6. Scholarship payment conditions:
6.1 The payment of the nominal scholarship will be made by CFF based on the final ranking displayed and the signing of a scholarship contract, signing conditioned by the execution of the sponsorship contract concluded with GB Consulting | Design .
6.2 The nominal scholarship is offered for the entire period of the academic year 2019 - 2020 and is paid monthly.
6.3 In case of transfer of the scholarship holder to another higher education institution with a different profile than those mentioned in article 3 or expulsion, the payment of the nominal scholarship ceases.
6.4 Scholars have no contractual obligation under the present regulation or the scholarship contracts towards the company BROICH CATERING that offered the sponsorship. Exceptionally, the participation of fellows in various events and activities may be requested, participation which will be agreed upon.
This regulation is completed with all applicable normative provisions.
